• Compact structure for a maximum stiffness and stability.

 

• Greater ease of movement around the press during the fixing of the die as well as for the usual operations.

 

• Safety guards, as standard supply, with enclosure for partial noise reduction.

 

• Automatic signal light of the anomalies on electric board.

 

• Adjustable machine stroke visualized in the control panel. The stroke adjustment can be operated easily and simplyby the control panel.

 

• Crank mechanism  consisting  of the following: the crank pin (eccentric shaft) transmit the motion to a guide  block  that  acting  on  the  guiding  cylinder  changers  the  motion from  rotary  to  alternative  motion thus eliminating the side thrusts.

• Central guiding plunger the ram adjusting screw has been eliminated, so the plunger rests directly on the ram  with  a  bigger  contact,  surface  thus  ensuring  improved  stability during punching.

 

• Steel ram  electrowelded  in  slim and light version for reduced caused by the moving masses: the result is a better  balanced  and  stable machine with no need for balancing cylinders.

 

• Lubrification system central forced throughout machine. The ram is provided with  seals  for  the  oil  that drops  and  is  collected,  filtered  and put again into the lubricating circuit.

 

• Motor driven ram adjustment by means  of  electric  gear  motor  provided with encoder for the reading of  centesimal  values  that  are  also visualized in the control panel.

 

• The upper body of  the  machine is supported by  four tubolar structures. The ram guiding columns pass through the upper body, this means cylinders that lock the columns are always  under  pressure  thus  balancing any eventual elongation.
