SOUND CABINS 

Sound cabin construction according to specific customer needs, internally lined with rock wool to reduce the sound level.  Safety switch, exhaust system and lighting upon request. 

SHOCK ABSORBER STRUCTURES FOR ALL MECHANICAL PRESS TYPES 

Made up of three elastomer (synthetic rubber) plates positioned in sinusoidal fit whose combination of hardness force the vibration wave to follow an alternate route that reduces even very low frequencies.

The support surfaces include numerous trapezoid protrusions which, elastically yielding under load, further insulate and dampen vibrations an ensure system ground adherence and stability.

SHOCK ABSORBER TYRES

Made of a robust steel cylindrical structure combined with a base flange for anchoring to the support surface.

At the top, the steel cylinder is galvanised with a suitably shaped elastomer closing cap including a threaded steel insert for machine fastening. For operations, compressed air is emitted in the cylinder to control elastic cap yield and vibration insulation. Wide range of capacity, lateral stability and overall security.

MOTORISED ASM MODELS

Welded and standardised plate frame, self-centring spindle installed on high

capacity bearings.

Spindle opening to block the strip spool by manual crank or

hydraulic system.

The shaft rotates on bearings and is connected to the oil bath gear motor unit and includes an easy to adjust torque limiter clutch.

Loop control by sensitive switch or photocell.

Safety guards are available upon request for all mobile parts.

 

 

DUAL SPINDLE MODELS

Built with the same expansion spindle features as the single spindle models. The highly dimensioned frame supports the two spindles, installed on a base bolted to a central axis with roller bearings. Frame rotation ca be manual or automatic by pneumatic cylinder or gear motor.

 

ELECTRICAL PANELS

All electrical panels are constructed according to EC standards.

Operator safety and accurate wiring are our mission goals.

 

Electrical panel construction begins in the planning phase which includes the first draft of the WIRING DIAGRAM and panel front with special attention to specific system requirements such as electrical specifications, service continuity, available space or custom solutions.

 

We provide wiring diagrams and declarations of conformity with all panels and, if necessary, operating instructions and all manuals required by our customer.
